SPORTS VISION & CONCUSSION TESTING

Biking, tennis, golf, hiking…..are these activities you like to participate in? Do you know that each one of these activities as well as many other sports can be visually-enhanced. There are many ways to enrich our sporting experiences whether through prescription sunglasses or specialty-tinted lenses or contact lenses. Here at East Norwich Optics, we take the time to discuss your hobbies & activities to pair you up with the ideal glasses or contact lenses.

However, in the organized sports realm, baseball, football & soccer have the most. Please ask for our complementary pre-concussion test when you have your eye exam. It takes 2-3 minutes giving Dr de Junco a score of your “brain” skills before any head injury. If you suspect an injury, she will retest you to determine if you may be suffering from a concussion and make the appropriate referral.
